Ok, well as that wasn't at all clear in the guide I think that the guide needs improving so that it actually tells you that, or the "libgtk-3-dev" package should be installed by default.

However, upon running that code I just get this error: No such schema 'org.gtk.Settings.Debug' And the keyboard shortcuts don't work...
