This also happened to me or some similar, but not in calendar. It happened to
me in the clock app.
After reinstall the image. If you set an alarm before configure your time zone
(or without reboot the phone) the alarm will be set with the first time zone.

Title:
  Some events have wrong time

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I've found a bug and I don't decide this is related to indicator-
datetime, calendar-app or UUITK. On the first screenshot you can see
an eventm named "XXX céges vacsi" at 19:00 hour, it is with the same
time on the indicator. But on the second screenshot you can see
another event, named "Star Wars VII", in calendar-app the time is
18:00, but on indicator it is 17:00. Any idea? My timezone is UTC+1.
