Public bug reported: As part of the security team's requirement for shipping support for in- app purchases, we need to have trust-store integration for pay-service, so that users must be able to deny apps from being able to request making a purchase. We'll need the necessary changes in pay-service, as well as UI in system-settings to be able to manage the trust denials.
