Today's rc-proposed
How to reproduce:
* Have a phone where Dekko is not installed (i guess any other would work,
but i'm using Dekko)
* reboot the phone
* Go to the apps scope
* Press on the Ubuntu store icon at the bottom
* Press on the Dekko icon
* Press the install button
* Wait for it to install
* Press the uninstall button
* Press the confirm button
* You're back to the dekko preview with the progress at 0% so you can't
install it anymore unless you reboot
