  [tablet] login entry field should default to numeric keyboad if
  passcode set

Bug description:
  On tablet, if you select a 4-digit passcode for security type, the
  greeter shows a text entry field, tapping in it brings up the regular
  keyboard layout. In this case, we should set the input hint for the
  entry field to force the numeric keyboard to appear.
