Bug description:
Build: 75+
We have 3 sample tracks in the sevilerow project that come pre-loaded
when you install saucy-customized. When the phone comes up and has 3g
the cover art seems to be pulled from last.fm, this works fine for
Chris Wayne (cwayne18). However, on phones (like mine) which lack
cellular data (3g) the album art is not loaded, even after I enable
Wifi and reboot the phone. I think that mediascanner may only scan the
files once and hence skips loading the art for mine, but that's just a
guess.
Repro steps:
1) Install saucy-customized or saucy-proposed-customized
2) Boot the phone without a SIM card or a SIM w/o 3g
3) Note the 3 tracks that don't have any album art.
