Bug description:
Ubuntu Store scope gets stuck halfway across the Scopes window.
Test case:
1. Click on Ubuntu Store
2. Resize the Scopes window horizontally.
Expected: Ubuntu Store scope resizes to fit the window.
Observed: The dash and store scopes are both partially visible, and can be
scrolled independently(!)
