Bug description:
I have received the bq Aquaris Ubuntu and it looks and works great, but the
first impression is lowered by the missing ability to use a static ip
configuration for WLAN.
On the web I found a solution to set a static ip configuration, but this
require a connection to the pc. This is not very helpful when you are on a
trip. I think it is important that you can set a static ip configuration only
with the touch gui.

When you have connected to a WLAN you can look at the connection
details and most of the screen is blank. I think this is a good place
  for an ip settings menu.
