Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with coreutils 8.25-2ubuntu2 and on using stat on a file I'm noticing that "Access:" is used 2 times. One for the permissions and one for the access time. As this is a bit confusing maybe the first "Access:" can be renamed for example to "Permissions:".
