While photo roll hint is visible record button is still available

Bug description:
At first time camera-app is used a hint is displayed showing how to
get the photo roll view after the first photo/video is taken. While
this hint is visible the record/shutter button is still available (but
not visible) It it is clicked new photos are taken or a new recording
starts.
