I have no volume issue with the E4.5.
The MX4 is fine as commented on by Pat.
On the E5 with OTA9.1 I have had no sound issues after several video recordings
using the camera app.
Stefan, can you check that the camera app has access to the microphone? Go in
System Settings app: "Security & Privacy", "App Permissions", "Microphone".
Also could you attach the camera app log you will find under
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-click.com.ubuntu.camera*

Bug description:
Using the camera app and recording video, no audio is recorded in the video.
I tested on 1080p, 720p and 480p resolution.
Ubuntu Phone version: OTA 9.1
Hardware: Aquaris E5
