Bug description:
  Description:  Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
  Release:      16.04

  Expected behavior:
  Sound is played-back via headphones, when they are plugged-in.

  Observed behavior:
  Unplugging/plugging-in headphones disables headphones sound.

  To restore sound, user needs to go to sound settings, and switch
  "Output" to "Headphones"

  This is a regression from 15.10.
