First, the mouse detection is not yet available in toolkit due to
security reasons. The browser has a solution which works, but this is
not supported by the toolkit atm. But of the hint is set to Locked
state, it should be able to click or drag with mouse.

  SETUP:
  Fresh install of the latest image on a *phone* with a mouse attached

  STEPS:
  1. Open the browser
  2. Click on the bottom edge hint
  3. Try and drag the bottom edge hint

  EXPECTED:
  I expect the bottom edge options to become available

  ACTUAL:
  Nothing happens
