you need to close unity8-dash then will show logout button

Bug description:
when you click logout in indicator-session(right-top),it has no work,if you
close unity8-dash(Scopes),then will popup "Log out" menu
steps:
1.click right-top corner to popup menu
2.select indicator-session---logout
3.it does not work
4.close Scopes
5.it will show a popup menu "Log out"
