I've tested the silo with the updated system settings and the scrolling
speed in particular does not seem to be working well.
The setting seems to be applied, in a way, since if you go low enough it
stops scrolling altogether.

just need to tune the scroll imho
use window mode, trackpad mode, select dash 2 finger scroll - too fast to be
useful
