Bug description:
Test case.
- Insert a SIM card.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- Reboot the phone.
- Open indicator network.
Expected result.
- "Unlock SIM" button must appear in Spanish.
Actual result.
- "Unlock SIM" button displays the message in English.
