Yes, on it. I guess I even remember someone from the mir team asking me
to add this package some time ago.

Title:
Ubuntu Touch includes mir-test-tools by default

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Confirmed
Status in ubuntu-touch-meta package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
Ubuntu Touch includes mir-test-tools by default. It probably shouldn't
because there's nothing functional there. Only some very large
  binaries.

  # system-image-cli -i
  current build number: 425
  device name: mako
  channel: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/ubuntu
  last update: 2016-02-03 16:33:44
  version version: 425
  version ubuntu: 20160203
  version device: 20150910
  version custom: 20160203

Package 'ubuntu-touch' seems to depend on 'mir-test-tools', but that
  sounds like a mistake.
