Remove close button on dash
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The dash has a close button which closes the window, but it is
respawned immediately.
As a temporary solution, we should hide the close button in the panel
should be hidden.
The easy approach would be special casing the dash in the shell,
however, please evaluate if we could directly go for the proper
solution and use window flags as documented here:
