Title:
Please standardize liblightdm-qt-dev package name with Debian

Status in lightdm package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Debian uses liblightdm-qt-dev; Ubuntu uses liblightdm-qt-2-dev.

This means that for the 2 reverse-depends (razorqt and lightdm-kde)
Ubuntu needs to maintain a diff for little reason.

I didn't look closely enough into this to figure out which is "right"
although I'm leaning towards Debian having the correct naming
  convention.
