Bug description:
lsb_release: Description: Ubuntu 13.10 Release: 13.10
When I upgraded from 13.04 to 13.10, the displays turn off & back on when the
screen is locked. My external monitor is connected via HDMI. The attached 30s
video shows the issue in action. Here's a link to it online also.
