I've tried to start working on this on https://code.launchpad.net/~iamsylvie/ubuntu-keyboard/ubuntu-keyboard. However, I will need additional help, for the following reasons:
1. I do not actually have any device I can test this on yet. 2. I am completely new to Ubuntu development, Bazaar and the keyboard. 3. I do not know where to put the special characters.
