scopes-client limits the number of results to 10

Bug description:
The scopes-client (available via libunity-scopes-cli package)
currently sets the cardinality of results to 10. This limit should be
removed. The tool is pretty useful for debugging various scopes-
related issues but the cardinality limit makes it pretty useless in
many cases.
