Bug description:
Launching an app from the dash lacks visual feedback about what you
just tapped on, kind of. If you look extremely closely you will see a
slight change in the icon's shadow when you tap it. But the change is
hardly perceptible. We need some kind of feedback that's more visible
to improve the perception of the dash responding.

Desired resolution:
This is part of a bigger redesign project (Scopes curation and
customization) and it can't be fixed as a single bug. The description
and specs will be updated as soon as they are available.
