Bug description:
This bug is new; it occurred between 9-15-2011 & 10-15-2011. Alsa worked
perfectly before that on 10.04 on Dell Mini 9. Fix was to add:
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
options snd-hda-intel model=dell
