Yes, 7digital does not have artist art for Cake Bake Betty. It doesn't not matter how many folder.jpg files you put into your tree. *Both* folder.jpg and album.jpg files are used for *album* art, not artist art. If they are both present, album.jpg is used, and folder.jpg is ignored.
It is not possible to provide *artist* art by adding file to a folder. Only *album* art can be provided this way.
