  On some reboots wifi indicator is missing

Bug description:
  rtm image 22 mako
  unity8 8.00+14.10.20140827.2-0ubuntu1

  My SIM is working and I am connected to a Wifi network but the wifi
  icon does not appear in the top panel. This happens frequently by re
  multiple reboots.
