No environment variable to fake the interaction with online accounts

Bug description:
For autopilot tests we don't want to use the online accounts UI while
testing the scope features.
So, we need a way for this library to fake the replies, returning
either some credentials that later can be used to access a server, or
returning that there are no u1 credentials on the system.
