Title:
Sim Card unrecgnized after certain time elapsed

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Incomplete
Status in telephony-service package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have a BQ Aquaris 4.5 After updating to TA-9, the phone now
occasionally falsely reports that there is no SIM Card installed,
therefore I cannot make calls or send SMS Messages.

There is no regualr pattern to this, so describing how to recreate
the issue is a problem, but this nornally happens if I do not use the
  phone for over 12 hours.

I need to restart the phone and the SIM card is then recocnized.
