Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with upstart 1.13.2-0ubuntu21 and if a comment is used at the beginning of a line within a multiline stanza the job breaks. For example executing "initctl reload-configuration" and "dmesg | tail -n 1" shows on the following stanza the error "init: /etc/init/lxdm.conf:12: Expected token":
start on ((filesystem and runlevel [!06] # and started dbus and (drm-device-added card0 PRIMARY_DEVICE_FOR_DISPLAY=1 or stopped udev-fallback-graphics)) or runlevel PREVLEVEL=S) ** Affects: upstart (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to upstart in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1569952 Title: Comment in multiline stanza breaks the job Status in upstart package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with upstart 1.13.2-0ubuntu21 and if a comment is used at the beginning of a line within a multiline stanza the job breaks.
