Bug description:
  Screen dims automatically even when locking is disabled and brightness
  set on max.

  Lock when idle = Never
  Brightness = 100% (manual, not auto)

  And still the screen dims if I haven't touched it in a minute or so.

  This bug was reported in bug 1437510 and bug 1476372 both marked as
  fixed. But as far as I know this still happens on all Ubuntu Touch
  versions. And today verified on:

  $ system-image-cli -i
  current build number: 31
  device name: krillin
  channel: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en
  last update: 2016-04-13 16:28:56
  version version: 31
  version ubuntu: 20160401.1
  version tag: OTA-10
  version device: 20160329-a9bacdb
  version custom: 20160324--36-54-vivid
