I managed to fine tune the AVCodecContext. It should not affect libav-
tools users.

Bug description:
Have a media server making use of libav to create and process mov/mp4
type files. Deployed on Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS.
1. Tested media server instance deployed on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
Result: Files created by Apple's AVFoundation framework can't be
processed by libav-9.18, getting the "moov atom not found" error.
2. Tested compatibility between media server instances deployed on
Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS and Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
Result: Files created by libav-9.18 can't be processed by
libav-0.8.16, getting the "moov atom not found" error.
