With the autogeneration of the -dbgsym packages, I guess this bug can be
closed

Bug description:
  Not too much to say.. I have a segfault on a libselinux function but
  I'm not able to debug it since there is no debug package. There was
  one in hard (libselinux1-dbg) why it has been removed?
