What do you mean by "I clicked one and the new tab was created"?
I’m trying to reproduce the issue, and when clicking one of the bugs in
the list, the issue is expanded to show more details (as shown in your
"Appearance when locked up" screenshot). If I then tap the button that
reads "Yes, this is the bug I’m trying to report", I get a popup that
says:
Affected by this bug?
(*) Just mark the bug as affecting me
( ) Subscribe me as well
[Affects Me] [Choose Again]
I’m not seeing any new tab being open.

browser locked up

Bug description:
I was trying to report a bug on launchpad and. got offered a list of
existing bugs
I clicked one and the new tab was created,. The list resized to become
unreaadable and the browser became completely unresponsive. I had to
kill it and start agaain.
I could not change tbs, click links, pinch-zoom.. No wt worked
