The flash codes it contains is apparently for an older version of ntp. e.g. flash code of 0x400 TEST11, the document describes "The autokey protocol has not verified the server or peer is proventic and has valid public key credentials." whereas for the ntp version shipped with Ubuntu, it should be "0400 TEST11 peer_dist peer distance exceeded" ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Dec 21 14:43:32 2009 Dependencies: DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: ntp-doc 1:4.2.4p6+dfsg-1ubuntu5.1 PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=en_AU.UTF-8 LANG=en_AU.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-15.50-generic SourcePackage: ntp Uname: Linux 2.6.31-15-generic x86_64 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ntp/+bug/498943/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
