certain stage - it gets stored then.

Bug description:
  bq M10 rc-proposed OS build number r97

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Close all apps
  2. In landscape open Settings app
  3. Move the app to side stage
  4. Rotate the tablet to portrait (Settings app takes all screen as expected)
  5. Rotate the tablet back to landscape

  Expected result:
  Settings app goes back to side stage

  What happens instead:
  Settings app is in main stage and side stage is empty
