Title:
Dialog rotates when failed to connect to wifi display

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When connecting to a wifi display in system-settings, if it fails we
present a dialog showing the error. Previously the call to connect
was blocking the UI and the dialog was shown properly after the
failure, but of course the UI was blocked until then. I've made the
connect call async and now we present the error dialog when we get the
failure without the UI blocked and we see the dialog rotates from
portrait to landscape while it's shown. I think while connecting the
shell or uitk gets a signal that we're switching to desktop mode, but
when that fails the dialog doesn't react properly. See attachment for
  a screenshot.
