This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

blutooth doesnt restore after activate

Bug description:
If I deactivate Bluetooth and then activate it again, the menu with my
devices and such, doesnt come back. Only the settings and deactivate-
item.
If I suspend the computer and restore it, it comes back on.
When this happends, I am unable to connect Bluteooth devices to the
computer.
