Title: LUKS swap partition destroyed upon reboot in 15.10 and 16.04 Status in systemd package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Usually on every reboot, sometimes every other, the LUKS encrypted swap partition is being destroyed. blkid shows no UUID for the partition, cryptsetup doesn't recognize it as a LUKS partition.
