This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

  Bluetooth is not working once disconnected

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Bluetooth dial-up stops working once i disconnect bluetooth dial-up 
connection.
  The device (my mobile) remains connected.
  Further bluetoothd daemon hangs. killing the daemon is also not possible in 
that situation. For instance:

  $ sudo pkill -9 bluetoothd
  $ pgrep bluetoothd 
  1347

  A side-effect for this problem is the operating system is not
  suspended as the process cannot be stopped.
