Bug description:
With the fix for bug #1539176, a custom listview highlight item was added to
various list views in the browser UI (including downloads view, bookmarks view,
history view).
Since then, the same has been implemented in the UITK, making this work in
the browser redundant, and resulting in two separate highlights being drawn.
