Can't unlock SIM after the dialog's dismissed
Status in indicator-network package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Only reproducible due to bug #1583944, but could a problem none the
less.
Steps:
* have a PIN-locked SIM
* reboot
* swipe sideways to dismiss the SIM PIN dialog
(when bug #1583944 fixed - `restart unity8` on the phone)
* tap Unlock SIM in the network indicator
Expected:
* SIM PIN dialog is shown again
