Title: [Icons] Inconsistent tranparent app icon handling Status in Ubuntu UX: Triaged Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: I uploaded an app with an icon that had a transparent background. The Ubuntu Store scope renders it with a white background. The dash renders it transparent. The launcher renders it transparent. I think the Store is doing the right thing. But any solution is fine, as long as it is consistent.
