Bug description:
Can't right-edge switch apps when the OSK on-screen-keyboard is
visible.
Kind of... You can switch apps if you use the top-right edge and avoid
the OSK. But you can't switch apps using the bottom half of the right
edge when the OSK is there. The OSK is stealing input events from the
edge gesture.
