You have been subscribed to a public bug: Two new ISA 3.0 RFCs have been created that add 3 new instructions that will be present in POWER9. Binutils support for these new instructions have been committed to the binutils trunk and 2.26 release branches with the commits below. We would like this change to be picked up for the next release/update.
