Steps:
1.Flash device with latest image
2.During wizard select "Simplified Chinese"
3.Finish wizard and go to system settings page
4.Tap on search field to bring up OSK
Actual result:
English input is the only input method and set by default, see attached
picture.
Expected result:
Chinese input should be set by default.
