Unfortunately, I don't. Yesterday, I noticed that the problem
spontaneously disappeared. I might have rebooted my device, which may or
may not have anything to do with it. I really don't know.

I wish I had some sort of information to give you. Sorry for wasting
everyone's time. I'll update with detailed information if this bug ever
reappears.

  Transparency...weirdness

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm not entirely sure how to word this. Every since upgrading to OTA
  11, there has been some weird problem where there's transparency where
  there shouldn't be. Or maybe there's a problem rendering transparent
  images. Or, maybe some class of background or some element isn't being
  rendered. I honestly don't know what to make of this.

  I think this may be a system-wide problem, and the game Monster Wars
  also exhibits this issue.
