Title:
  screen flickring after upgrading to 16.04

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  After I upgraded to the latest release my screen started flicking .... I 
searched everywhere online and it seems like others have the same issue .... 
this is the output of lshw -c video command
