as it is automatically disabled. CUPS error log is filled with the
following:
E [21/May/2016:10:55:13 -0600] [cups-deviced] PID 26623
(gutenprint52+usb) stopped with status 1!
This behaviour is new in Xenial, it worked fine in Trusty.
