Bug description:
Using an MX4 with OTA11 the camera app takes 10 or more seconds to
launch. Once the ActivityIndicator and the app icon disappear from the
start screen the user is presented with a black screen for 7 or more
seconds. Following this the camera initializes and the camera image
and grid appear along with the controls.
