You’ll probably need to run "sudo apt update" before trying to install
the package. Does that resolve the issue?

Bug description:
Tamil font issue in ubuntu touch phone running ubuntu 15.04 (ota -11)
I have followed the below mentioned steps
sudo mount -o remount,rw /
sudo apt-get install ttf-tamil-fonts.
The system wont find the mentioned packages
